D.J. Williams, anchor on KARK’s morning show, hosted a day-long event to raise money, collect donations, and raise awareness about WCF. DJ’s Day of Action was Tuesday, March 15, 2016. It kicked off during the morning show, beginning at 5:00 a.m. and wrapped up during the nightly news at 10:30 p.m.
D.J.’s Day of Action raised over $26,000 for Women and Children First! Thank you to D.J., the team at KARK, and all of the amazing people who donated! We are so thankful for the support of our community as we empower victims of domestic violence to become survivors!
